Experteer Overview

In this role you define mandatory and voluntary certifications for Videotec products, guiding design choices to meet regulatory standards. You coordinate internal and external certification processes, ensuring timely completion and archiving of conformity documents. You support EU regulatory documentation and audits, working with R&D; and project managers to align product development with compliance. This position connects safety-critical hardware with global markets, shaping product certification strategy.

- Define mandatory standards for Videotec products and align voluntary tests with marketing input
- Guide product development to ensure regulatory and certification requirements are met
- Coordinate actions to certify products via internal and external bodies within timelinesManage execution of external tests and ensure archives of declarations of conformity and test reports




- Prepare EU Declarations of Conformity and other regulatory documents
- Oversee UL quarterly inspections and ISO audits as applicable
- Contribute to other duties within the Research and Development Technical Office
- Support ongoing certification activities across global markets

Responsabilità
- ATEX certification experience (advantage)
- Background in electronic/electric and mechanical engineering xysqume
- Knowledge of CE/UKCA/UL and other global certifications
- Hardware type approval requirements for global markets
- Understanding of harmonised EN standards in the EU (EMC, LVD, RoHS, etc.)
- Experience with Google Suite (spreadsheets, slides)
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM)
- ISO 9001 experience, including auditing (advantage)
- Native Italian, communicative English
