Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience focusing on FIDIC contracts
- In-depth knowledge of Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book
- Proven track record managing FIDIC xysqume contracts throughout the lifecycle
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and construction practices
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms per FIDIC guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Relevant certifications related to FIDIC contracts and project management are a plus
- SOX control responsibilities may apply
