Reports to : Store Manager

Type of Contract : **Tempo parziale 20h**

Salary: €12.500-€12.600

Main duties:

To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role:

- To maximize sales for the store;

- To develop enduring relationships with clients;

- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;

- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy;

- To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;

- To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;





- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;

- To handle returns of merchandise;

- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;

- To support the team on the general operations of the “The Bridge” store;

- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;

- To operate cashregisters and close daily revenues;

- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;

- To go the “extra mile” to meet targets. xysqume

The Candidate:

- at least, 3 years of working experience in the role
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired;

- Retail or service industry experience;

- Great customer service and people skills;

- Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues.
