Overview

In this role you will lead digital performance strategies that drive client success. You’ll manage end-to-end campaigns across search, social, and display, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with client goals. You’ll translate data into actionable insights, maintain strong client relationships, and stay ahead of digital trends. Responsibilities
- Bachelor or Master in Communication or equivalent practical experience
- 3-4 years of experience in digital performance campaign management
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Search Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Solid knowledge of DV360 and Google Analytics
- Experience with Analytics and Campaign xysqume Manager tracking platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Leadership capabilities and experience mentoring teams
- English fluency; additional languages a plus

Requirements
- Hybrid position
- Permanent contract
- Salary range: 32,000 - 40,000
- CCNL Commercio - 2nd level / 1st level
