Overview

In this role you will manage commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual activities for projects at ANDRITZ. You will collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams to assess risks, structure contracts, and ensure compliance throughout the life cycle of sales, execution, and post‑award phases. You will shape risk‑aware project execution and support international team dynamics in a fast‑paced, global environment. This role offers an opportunity to influence contract strategy, insurance concepts, and financial controls at scale.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Manage bonds and guarantees during sales and execution phases
- Collaborate with sales to define insurance concepts and consortium agreements
- Support contract comments, negotiations, and risk analysis with sales and legal/finance teams
- Provide inputs for tax concepts and project presentations; coordinate with tax department
- Assist project management in kickoff preparation for legal and insurance aspects; identify contractual risks
- Support execution of commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual tasks
- Participate in take‑over processes and order intake activities
- Assist in foreign exchange management and project cost controlling




- Support invoicing, accounts receivable and claim management
- Assist with shipping documents and project reviews in collaboration with PM and PLM
- Administer permanent establishment and support essential commercial site processes (cash management, banking, contract management)
- Contribute to sourcing concepts and financing requirements (ECAs, local content, FX risk, embargoes)
- Collaborate with legal for drafting and negotiating subcontracts and consortium agreements
- Provide inputs to Project Logistics Manager for logistics concept xysqume and interface with legal department
- Lead and train commercial site teams during site visits
- Engage with cross‑functional and service departments to align commercial activities

Responsabilità
- Master's degree in Law, Economics and Management Engineering
- English, Spanish, Portuguese proficiency
