As Sr. Project Manager, you drive end-to-end delivery of complex international automation projects (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, MES). You align scope, schedule, cost, and quality with customer expectations and company objectives. You lead cross-functional teams across engineering, software, hardware, and commissioning, and you serve as the primary client contact. You oversee design, compliance, and risk management, and you guide project reviews and acceptance testing to ensure successful handover. This role offers impact on international projects within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

- Manage international projects from kick-off to final delivery (engineering, procurement, commissioning)
- Plan, monitor, and control scope, schedule, costs, risks, and quality
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, software, hardware, commissioning, and supply chain
- Serve as primary point of contact for international clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Oversee design and implementation of control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA)
- Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements
- Manage change orders, claims, and contractual aspects




- Organize and lead project review meetings (internal and customer-facing)
- Monitor KPIs and report to senior management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Coordinate FAT and SAT
- Supervise site activities, commissioning, and system start-up

Responsabilità
- 8-10+ years of experience in project management within industrial automation
- Proven track record managing international projects
- Solid technical background in control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA)
- Experience with EPC or similar contract structures - preferred xysqume
- Bachelor in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related) or equivalent
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) - preferred
- Strong knowledge of DCS/ESD, PLC, SCADA platforms
- Understanding of industrial protocols (Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP)
- Familiarity with IEC, ISA standards
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
- Fluent Italian and English (C1/C2)
- Additional languages considered a plus
