Experteer Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end paid media strategy for Business Banking Italy, driving customer growth and commercial impact. You will collaborate with data, UX, branding, CRO and the media agency to integrate paid media into the broader customer journey. You will build an AI-enabled performance engine and optimize across audiences, creatives and bidding strategies. You will lead governance with the agency, ensuring accountability and testing discipline, while exploring new channels for growth. This is an opportunity to shape a data-driven, fast-paced growth engine in a digital-first bank.

Responsabilità
- 2-5 years in paid media / performance marketing
- Experience at a media agency is highly favored
- Hands‑on with Paid channels: Google Ads, social platforms, display, programmatic, partnerships
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions
- Affinity with automation and AI-driven optimization in marketing
- Up to date with latest trends in xysqume media
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and decisive
- Comfortable in a corporate environment with startup speed
- Challenger mindset with high ambition and fast iterations
