In this role you will drive multi-year growth for the European Online Marketplace, shaping the commercial strategy and scalable operating models. You will align with senior leadership to prioritize e-commerce initiatives and guide cross-functional execution across channels. You’ll manage key marketplace accounts, define trading propositions, and use data to steer future strategy. This position offers impact at scale, influencing profitability, brand equity, and cross-team collaboration within the E‑Commerce function.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement multi-year growth strategies for the European Online Marketplace channel
- Shape channel balance across DTC, Wholesale, and Marketplace to drive growth and profitability
- Translate strategy into actionable marketplace plans with clear financial goals
- Lead and manage online marketplace accounts with strategic partners, guiding forecasting and investment
- Influence partner roadmaps to support brand and category growth
- Define and execute trading propositions with aligned ranging and in-season execution
- Use marketplace data to inform future channel strategy
- Drive cross-functional alignment across eCommerce, Wholesale, Merchandising, Operations and Technology
- Facilitate setup and launch of new account business




- Own performance management with KPIs such as net sales, margin, inventory, and fulfilment
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, paid marketplace media, and shop optimization
- Significant experience in eCommerce trading and marketplace management (consumer/DTC preferred)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels
- Proficiency with major marketplace platforms and their seller tools
- Strong local market knowledge in fashion lifestyle
- Strong analytical skills with digital analytics xysqume experience (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards)
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
- Team leadership and development experience
