In this role, you will shape and oversee the brand’s social media voice and online presence to boost recognition and engagement. You will work within a cross-functional HQ team in Milan to align communications and marketing activities with brand goals. You’ll tackle content creation, platform management, and performance analysis, driving strategic initiatives across markets. This is a chance to contribute to a globally recognized luxury group and shape its digital storytelling.

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement
Create and curate high-quality content for platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.)
Manage and moderate social media accounts
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly




Coordinate ecommerce and brand campaigns productions
Monitor competitors’ brand activities and trends
Stay up-to-date with social media best practices
Monitor the communication budget
Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Leadership capabilities to coordinate teams across global markets
Proven ability to manage budgets
Experience overseeing agencies, creatives, and production partners
Experience coordinating xlwpduy e-commerce product shoots and editorial content
Expertise in social media strategy, execution and performance analysis
Excellent interpersonal, creative, precise and adaptable
Strong understanding of luxury sector and its codes
Excellent communication and fluency in English
Familiarity with graphic design and video production processes
Understanding of SEO principlesAbility to manage several projects simultaneously
