Experteer Overview

In this role you own the end-to-end process from design to production, driving start‑up, optimization and continuous improvement. You identify technology and equipment choices that meet customer needs and MIE strategy, while collaborating with R&D;, Engineering and manufacturing teams. You will design, commission and optimize tooling and define investment plans, timelines and budgets. You mentor peers and ensure safe, compliant knowledge transfer across sites. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role in a multinational environment with real impact on product readiness and factory performance.

- Own end-to-end execution from design through development, debug, and release into production
- Identify optimal technologies, equipment specifications, and process settings aligned with customer requirements and MIE strategy
- Support design, development, commissioning, and optimisation of tooling (stranding, extrusion, assembly, shielding)
- Define investment requirements, timelines, and budgets; coordinate all phases from concept to commissioning
- Partner with internal stakeholders, plant teams, and safety to align requirements, ensure compliance,



and transfer knowledge across sites
- Maintain and update machinery database
- Define and validate safety specifications for new equipment during commissioning
- Support local teams in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and deploy best practices at plant level

Responsabilità
- 7-8 years in technical/manufacturing roles
- Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
- Knowledge of automated assembly and plastic extrusion; CAD experience advantageous
- Strong Process Engineering xysqume expertise and experience with workflows
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across multicultural, multi-site environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork with situational awareness
- Languages: Fluent Italian and good English
