Overview

In this role you will oversee a diversified portfolio of solar, wind, and mini-hydro assets in Italy, driving asset value through performance optimization and strict governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance, robust financial management, and value creation across the asset lifecycle. The position focuses on optimizing availability, cost control, and stakeholder alignment to support a sustainable portfolio. This is a chance to shape Italy’s renewable assets within a climate-focused, values-driven company.

Responsibilities

- Lead operational and financial management of Italy's solar PV, wind, and mini-hydro assets
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize performance, availability, and value
- Monitor KPIs, production data, budgets, and cash flows to meet targets
- Manage asset-level budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models
- Ensure compliance with financing agreements, lender reporting, and covenants
- Oversee O&M;, PPA, land lease,



and insurance contracts and manage external partners
- Ensure compliance with Italian regulatory frameworks and monitor market developments
- Lead and support the Asset Management team for continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, infrastructure, or IPP environments
- Strong knowledge xysqume of the Italian renewable energy market and regulatory framework
- Strong experience in O&M; contract management
- Experience managing utility-scale solar and/or wind assets
- Solid experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with project finance structures and lender requirements
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken
