Experteer Overview

In this role you lead the Field Services & Support (FSS) Proximity team for Retail and Corporate across Italy, reporting to the IT Support Manager Italia. You ensure high-quality on-site and remote IT service, drive regional evolution of the FSS organization, and support business-driven initiatives like store openings, refurbishments, and events. You collaborate with Group IT and stakeholders in a complex international context to deliver value-aligned IT support.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead and coach a small team (roughly 10 people) across geographic area; set objectives and appraisals
- Organize shifts to ensure required coverage and liaise with Local HR
- Contribute to budget inputs and hardware/maintenance planning; suggest budget changes
- Define and execute project/activities roadmap; allocate resources with the Project Manager
- Monitor delivery and support; report KPIs and ensure operational excellence
- Promote Group IT standards and best practices; align with FSS and ITIL processes
- Ensure incident, change, and asset management practices via Service Management tools
- Collaborate with regional peers,



Group IT Support, and business stakeholders in an international environment
- Capture activities from relevant entities and align with Group IT project management methodology
- Follow and evolve Group IT standards in service delivery

Responsabilità
- Windows OS, MacOS, Android, iOS proficiency
- MS 365 suite expertise (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Device MDM knowledge (Workspace ONE, Intune)
- Active Directory and identity tools (Saviynt a plus)

- Networking basics (Cisco); Teams PSTN voice solutions
- Experience in luxury retail is a plus
- Project Management Certification (PMI, Prince) and Agile a plus
- Service Management knowledge: ServiceNow or similar, ITIL processes (incident/change/problem/asset)
- Languages: Italian native, English fluent; French a plus
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and proactive, team-oriented mindset
