This is a fixed-term contract position (6 months) designed for individuals looking to gain valuable administrative and operational experience within a dynamic support environment, with a particular focus on supporting the caveau team and its operations.

Main Accountabilities

- Provide direct operational and administrative support to the caveau team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, receiving goods, system data entry, and organizing storage areas.
- Support general back-office administrative tasks and collaborate on specific projects.




- Contribute to inventory control activities, such as spot checks, ticketing, and preparing consignment documents.
- Assist in annual stock-take preparations and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Provide support for after-sales service processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other external suppliers for maintenance and operational issue resolution. xlwpduy
- Support the management and tracking of supply orders.
