Experteer Overview

In this role you will own end-to-end sales delivery for the Italian Oil & Gas end-user market, building relationships with users and distributors to drive profitability and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the value proposition and forecast demand while managing budgets and channels. You’ll apply technical know-how to advise customers and identify new revenue streams, feeding market intelligence to leadership. This is a customer‑centric, growth‑focused role in a market‑leading flow‑control company with a global footprint. You will work to expand Rotork’s footprint in Italy, driving operational excellence and impactful collaboration.

- Develop and execute sales strategy and delivery for the Italian Oil & Gas end-user market
- Forecast revenue and manage budgets across accounts and channels
- Manage channel relationships and input the market value proposition for Oil & Gas




- Serve as the regional voice of the customer and provide technical advice to end-users
- Oversee projects and ensure operational excellence across multiple channels
- Identify and pursue new customers to expand the base and potential revenue streams
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and win rates
- Feed business intelligence to line managers for decision xysqume making

Responsabilità
- Degree or recognized qualification in Engineering
- 4–5 years of sales experience in manufacturing & distribution (industrial engineering preferred)
- Proven sales techniques and track record of success
- Previous experience and networks in Oil & Gas or utilities
- Fluent English
- Full driving license
- Knowledge of Italian Oil & Gas end-user landscape
