Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end project management on hospitality real estate projects in Italy, acting as the primary client interface to ensure time, cost and quality targets are met. You will shape project governance, planning and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑value outcomes. You’ll manage risk, procurement, reporting and change control, driving performance improvements. This position offers the chance to influence major hospitality developments within a global practice and supportive culture.

- Lead project management across the full lifecycle, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and quality standards
- Act as day‑to‑day client interface to align objectives with project execution
- Advise at project conception on approaches to achieve client objectives
- Establish success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment considerations




- Set up governance, processes and systems for the project
- Produce detailed project plans and manage procurement of resources
- Lead cross‑functional project teams and facilitate collaboration
- Apply performance management techniques and KPIs to improve delivery
- Oversee change control, project finances, reporting and information flow to the client
- Interface with the xysqume client and consultants at all stages

Responsabilità
- 4 to 10 years of experience in real estate projects, ideally hospitality
- Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle project management services
- Fluent Italian and English
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture or similar
