Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end development for VIP, VIC, and Special Projects within the RTW Product Development team. You will coordinate briefings, fittings, and BOM data, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and top quality. You collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Atelier, Marketing, and Retail Excellence to translate concepts into market-ready products. You drive efficient prototyping and PLM data updates, shaping high-end offerings for valued clients. This is a chance to influence luxury product development within a global, fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead end-to-end development for VIP, VIC, MTO and Special Projects
- Code styles, compile BOMs, and transfer information to suppliers
- Participate in briefs from Marketing or Retail Excellence
- Handover sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers
- Organize fittings with internal Atelier and clients abroad
- Share fitting notes promptly with Design and Atelier
- Monitor prototype development and BOM data




- Ensure prototypes are delivered on time per quality standards
- Manage prototyping and sampling through to delivery
- Update PLM system with data entries and amendments

Responsabilità
- At least 5 years of experience in product development within the Luxury Fashion industry
- Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel/Access), Stealth, and PLM information systems
- Agile mindset, strong problem-solving and teamwork
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) xysqume
- Effective relationship management with design and merchandising teams
- Passionate about product design and development
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Requisiti fondamentali
- Starting salary: 48,000 EUR
