Overview

In this role you will design and develop mechanical components from concept to implementation, shaping solutions for safety, reliability, and performance. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and industry standards. You’ll improve designs, prepare technical documentation, and support quality and regulatory compliance. This position offers the chance to influence product development in a global manufacturing environment and contribute to continuous improvement across engineering processes.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and improve mechanical components and products based on customer and business requirements
- Create and modify 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation
- Evaluate design concepts and select optimal technical solutions for functionality, manufacturability, and performance
- Prepare technical reports, product specifications, and design documentation
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project management to support product development




- Assist in planning project activities and coordinating engineering deliverables to meet timelines
- Ensure designs comply with internal quality standards and safety/regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in mechanical design and product development
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling using SolidWorks or xysqume other comparable CAD software
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design practicesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team
- Good communication skills and English proficiency (B1 level or higher)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
