Experteer Overview

As a Sales Engineer in the Portable Air division, you will drive growth for Atlas Copco’s Power Technique business in Italy’s Center and South regions. You will build strong customer and partner relationships, align sales initiatives with company objectives, and expand footprint in Lazio and Campania. You will bridge technical expertise with market needs to deliver value through portable air compressors and capital goods. This role offers meaningful impact in a collaborative, growth-focused environment with regional travel.

- Engage with customers face-to-face and digitally to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct needs assessments and demonstrate suitable products and technical solutions
- Develop and execute medium- to long-term sales plans for the territory
- Lead development of a distribution network with dealers, resellers, and rental companies




- Collaborate with marketing and local service teams to boost brand awareness and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, activities, and forecasts for funnel management

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
- Experience in complex, value-driven sales for capital goods and technical products
- Native Italian and proficient English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP xysqume and CRM platforms
- Proactive, resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of time
- Preferably based in Lazio or Campania
