- Act as the bridge between sales and marketing to align account plans with business results
- Reinforce strategic partner relationships through engagement initiatives and storytelling
- Plan and execute channel marketing activities using checklists for excellent execution
- Implement promotional campaigns (assets, communication plan, materials) and generate related reports
- Support marketing initiatives for B2B partners (Media Corporate, Education, Government, Industrial)
- Define, manage, and monitor the marketing budget for account plans and trade marketing
- 3+ years in Field Specialist, Brand Expert, Brand Ambassador, xysqume or Territory Sales role
- Proven training delivery and business management experience
- Ability to monitor sell‑in/sell‑out performance in retail and collect market insights
- Experience executing trade marketing activities including visual merchandising and POP materials
- Experience supporting events and promotional initiatives
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to be based in or near Milan
