As Finance Business Partner for Italy and Iberia, you help shape the financial strategy and long-term value creation for two established affiliates. You work closely with Country General Managers and leadership to translate priorities into robust plans and drive sustainable growth. You’ll blend financial insight with commercial understanding to support present decisions and position the portfolio for future evolution. This role combines strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and governance, offering a meaningful impact on patient and healthcare system value.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Partner the Business with General Managers and Leadership Teams across Italy and Iberia
- Lead the financial planning process for both affiliates, including annual plans, forecasts and long-range outlooks
- Evaluate investments, market access scenarios, and strategic opportunities to maximise value
- Develop scenario planning and financial assessments to anticipate changing market conditions
- Transform financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with International Finance,



Shared Services and Corporate Functions for governance and efficiency
- Ensure high standards of governance, compliance and financial controls across responsibilities

Responsabilità
- Significant experience in Finance within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or broader life sciences industry
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders in a strategic Finance Business Partner role
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, performance management xysqume and business analysis
- Experience supporting commercial organizations, portfolio planning and investment decision-making
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate financial complexity into practical recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional influence
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; MBA, CPA or equivalent advantageous
- Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish would be an asset
