In this global role, you will lead the service sales strategy for ABB Motion’s Business Line, driving growth for installed base and proactive service initiatives. You will collaborate with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to set targets, align priorities, and develop the sales network. The position emphasizes relationship‑building with key accounts, influencing without direct authority, and travel to support international business needs. This is a leadership role within After Sales with a clear impact on global service performance.

Responsabilità
- University degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical/business degree)
- 10+ years in technical, service, or sales xysqume roles within international organizations
- Understanding of heavy industry B2B, preferably motors and generators and rotating equipment
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally
