As a Senior Technical Consultant in Salesforce Professional Services, you lead the delivery of impactful Salesforce Platform solutions for executive-level clients. You work across business, data, and technology to design, implement, and integrate enterprise solutions that unlock value. You’ll mentor teams, navigate risks, and ensure successful project completion with a strong focus on customer outcomes. This role offers hands‑on technical leadership, deep platform expertise, and exposure to cutting‑edge AI‑enabled CRM initiatives that drive enterprise transformation.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead the delivery of Salesforce-based solutions, including enterprise integrations using middleware tools and platforms
- Evaluate business and technical requirements at a senior level and translate into actionable design and implementation plans
- Develop and document technical designs and best practices for Salesforce integration and architecture
- Troubleshoot complex customer implementation issues and drive to resolution
- Guide environment management, testing,



and platform education; contribute to release management
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and partners
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support broader organizational goals
- Identify and proactively manage risk areas to ensure project completion

Responsabilità
- 5 years of IT experience (minimum)
- Hands‑on technical and solution xysqume implementation experience in a relevant software domain
- Proficiency in object‑oriented programming (e.g., Java) and REST/SOAP API design
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and in distributed teams; travel willingness
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in English and Italian
