markets. ? RECRUITMENT CONTEXT : To support its continued growth in
Italy , our client is seeking a Sales Manager in Venice . In this
role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s
presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative
technology solutions. ? ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : As a Sales
Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for:
Growing the Client Portfolio: • Identify and prospect hotels and
hotel chains across your area. • Build and nurture long-term
relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue
Managers). Selling the Company’s Solutions: • Present and promote
products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics
tools. • Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each
client. • Close deals and meet sales targets. Collaborating with
Internal Teams : • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and
Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Gather
client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's
offerings.
Representing the Company at Industry Events : • Attend
key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase
visibility and expand the company’s network. ?? PROFILE SOUGHT :
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the
hospitality industry. Experience in tech/software or online
services for hotels is required. Hospitality Expertise: An active,
well-established network within the hospitality sector is mandatory
. Languages: Native level in Italian and professional level in
English . Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex B2B
sales cycles, with a strong track record in new business
acquisition (hunter mindset) and client retention. Personal
Qualities: Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural
relationship builder. Strong focus on customer acquisition and
comfortable with both face-to-face meetings and remote sales
activities. ? SALARY AND BENEFITS : Base Salary: €45,000 – €60,000
gross annual fixed salary. Variable Compensation: Additional 10%
