International Logistics Distribution Specialist

Overview

In this role you will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process for Technogym’s international customers, ensuring accurate quotes, timely billing, and a premium customer experience. You will collaborate with sales, service centres and logistics to manage delivery planning, stock movement, and post-delivery feedback. The position sits in the HQ team, shaping efficient logistics flows and customer communication across segments and territories. This is an international, cross‑functional role that combines operations with customer care to support Technogym’s global service standard.

Responsibilities

- Process orders from quote to billing with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure a premium customer experience through effective touchpoints
- Plan and manage deliveries via the logistics portal (delivery dates, task assignments, activity closure)
- Optimize stock and manage purchase orders to HQ




- Manage backlog and communicate with Sales to prevent backlog slippage
- Update IT systems with customer service data
- Oversee Technogym Care activities and provide customer feedback
- Conduct post-delivery surveys and resolve issues with customers

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Logistics xysqume
- Bachelor or Master in related fields (see education)
- Fluent in English (C1); additional language is a plus
- Customer care orientation and strong negotiation/communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP – advanced SD module (preferred)
- Project management and financial skills; cost management
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced MS Office, esp. Excel
