Experteer Overview
In this role you will translate customer requirements into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial processes. You will work across Sales, Product Management, R&D; and Engineering to design, test, and document solutions delivered with compliance to standards. Based in Poland, Italy, Spain, France or Belgium with regular travel, you will support projects from design to after-sales and drive continuous improvement. This position sits within Promat at Etex, contributing to building better together through innovative, reliable insulation solutions and a culture of collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications
- Ability to interpret xysqume technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
- Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
