As Quality Development Engineer, you oversee quality risks in new product development and drive validation gates. You collaborate with design and marketing to embed quality early in the lifecycle and establish standards for launches. You develop Acceptance Books and benchmark quality against competitors to ensure excellence. You influence cross‑functional teams to deliver risk‑aware, market‑aligned products that meet Dior’s standards and customer expectations.

- Oversee and mitigate quality risks in new product development
- Lead quality validation gates during development, including risk analysis and action planning
- Coordinate joint evaluations with design and marketing, ensuring proper disinfection/treatment where applicable
- Create and maintain Acceptance Books outlining quality criteria
- Benchmark competitors to ensure quality competitiveness
- Coordinate Product Quality initiatives across product lines




- Integrate quality considerations early in the product development cycle
- Develop and implement proactive quality assurance strategies for new product launches
- Ensure alignment of new product quality with market expectations and company standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product development processes (quality perspective)

Responsabilità xysqume
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and quality gates
- Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation (e.g., FMEA)
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, marketing, engineering)
- Experience creating technical documentation such as Acceptance Books
- Knowledge of industry‑specific quality standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
