Michael Page Key Responsibilities - Define and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and business objectives - Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functions - Lead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodies - Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Oversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions - Manage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification, and audits - Ensure control of processes, documentation, and product quality from incoming materials to final release - Promote data-driven decision-making through the use of statistical tools - Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teams - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards - Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team A successful Quality Plant Manager should have: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)



or equivalent experience - Significant experience in Quality roles within manufacturing/industrial environments - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems - Experience in leading audits and managing certification processes - Solid understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies - Proven leadership and team management skills - Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Familiarity with statistical tools and quality methodologies - Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related IT systems - English proficiency: B2/C1 level We are partnering with an international industrial company to recruit a Quality Plant Manager to lead and develop the Quality function within a manufacturing environment.
