We are partnering with one of the booming Climate Tech scale-up in Italy: they are redefining how major enterprises and critical infrastructure operators manage climate-related risks. By pairing real-time satellite imagery with advanced machine learning, their B2B SaaS platform transforms complex environmental data into actionable financial risk metrics and regulatory compliance insights.
As the company enters its next phase of hyper-growth, they are seeking a high-caliber Head of Sale s based in Milan or Turi n. This strategic leader will work directly with the CEO to build, structure, and scale the commercial organization from the ground up, driving revenue expansion across Italy and broader European markets

Key Responsibilities
- Scale the Sales Departme nt: Partner closely with the CEO to design, implement, and lead a scalable B2B enterprise sales strategy, pipeline management process, and high-performing sales team
- Lead Enterprise Hunting & Closi ng: Directly own and execute complex, high-ACV enterprise sales cycles targeting C-level executives (Chief Risk Officers, Heads of Asset Management, Chief Sustainability Officers)
- Drive Penetration in Utilities & Infrastructu re: Expand the footprint across major national transmission system operators, large-scale energy producers, regional multi-utilities, and infrastructure conglomerates
- Capitalize on Regulatory Tailwin ds:
Leverage key European regulatory drivers (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ESG disclosures) to position the platform as an indispensable risk management standard
- Bridge Market & Produ ct: Collaborate with internal data science and remote sensing teams to feed real-time customer insights back into product development
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven Enterprise Sales Track Record: 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within high-growth B2B SaaS, Data Analytics, Geospatial, Risk Tech, or InsurTech environment
- Tier-1 Infrastructure & Utility Experience: Demonstrated history of closing large-scale data or software contracts with major national energy grid operators, large multi-utility corporations, or critical infrastructure providers
- Leadership & CEO Partnership : Experience building sales methodologies, Playbooks, and teams alongside executive founders, transitioning a business from founder-led sales to a structured commercial engine.
- Domain Fluency : Deep familiarity with environmental/geospatial data, risk analytics, or corporate ESG/regulatory frameworks is a plus
- Geography: Based in or within easy commuting distanc e of Milan or Turin, with fluency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English
