As a hands-on Test Manager, you lead testing for Digital & Transaction Processing in Merchant Acquisition and Payment projects. You guide a distributed QA team, influence senior stakeholders, and drive test strategy across multiple programs. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to ensure quality and timely delivery in a complex payments ecosystem. This role offers impact at scale within a global fintech environment, shaping testing practices and project outcomes.Plan, deploy and oversee testing across multiple projects/programsCoordinate testing activities with project leads and cross-application teamsDefine and communicate test scope to certify business capabilitiesDevelop and execute the overall test strategy and QA processesMentor a distributed team of permanent and supplier testersSupport multiple Scrum teams with estimation, planning and testing strategiesOwn QA phases: test planning, design, execution and closureEnsure adherence to QA best practices within QEA GBSCoordinate defect triage and maintain test packs (regression,



smoke)Manage test environments and data quality across the estateContribute to metrics collection and reporting for QEA GBS programsEnsure change management for testing scope changes and monitor budget and spendCollaborate with Project/Program Manager on risk and issue mitigationEnforce Quality Stage Gates and validate acceptance criteria15-18 years of experience in testing/QADomain expertise in Cards and Payments incl.
