Join a collaborative environment where innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth come together to power large-scale projects.What you will do:Define and lead the SCADA/OT strategy, architecture, and long-term technology roadmapOversee SCADA integration, commissioning, and operational readiness across the project portfolioCoordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutionsManage budgets, contracts, forecasts, and financial performance within the SCADA/OT domainEnsure compliance with cybersecurity standards, grid requirements, and operational processesLead, mentor, and support the SCADA/OT team while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharingWhat you bring & who you are:5 to 10 years experience in SCADA, automation, or operational technology within energy, infrastructure, or industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of SCADA architectures, PLC programming, industrial communication protocols, and control systems integrationExperience leading multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with engineering, construction, operations, and IT teamsEnglish language skills are required; ideally,
you also speak Italian, Spanish, French or GermanConfident communicator with strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsIdeally, experience in renewable energy projects, grid compliance, and cybersecurity alignment for OT systemsYou value collaboration, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving.
