For one of my customer we are looking or a SAP AI Senior Developer.Location: Europe(100% remote)Duration: Long-term contractDescription:Key responsibilities- Design, prototype and deliver AI-powered solutions for SAP and enterprise processes, from PoC/MVP to scalable implementation.- Build AI agents, copilots, RAG solutions and intelligent workflows using SAP AI capabilities and other leading LLM technologies.- Translate business needs into pragmatic AI use cases and technical designs, in collaboration with SAP CoE, BPOs and functional teams.- Integrate AI solutions with SAP ECC/FMS, SAP BTP, APIs/OData services, enterprise data platforms and external AI services.- Prepare and expose SAP data for AI consumption, ensuring data quality, governance and secure access.- Ensure clean-core alignment, security, auditability and compliance with enterprise AI policies, GDPR, EU AI Act and responsible AI principles.Core technical skills- Strong AI and Generative AI expertise: LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI, RAG, AI evaluation and testing.- Solid software engineering skills,



with Python mandatory;API development and integration experience required;ABAP and JavaScript/TypeScript are a plus.- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, Joule Studio, Copilot studio or equivalent cloud/AI platforms;hyperscaler AI servicesare a plus.- Good understanding of SAP environments and enterprise integration patterns, including REST APIs, OData, event-driven architectures and workflow automation.- Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, secure development and responsible AI practices.Profile and soft skills- Business-oriented mindset, able to connect AI solutions with concrete SAP process value.- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with technical, functional and business stakeholders.- Service-oriented team player with good communication skills.- Fluent English required;French and/or Italian are a plus.- Previous Retail/Fashion SAP integration or development experience is a plus.
