Job title – Digital & Tech Project Manager
Location – Maastricht, the Netherlands

This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco), within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget (~€1M), and resources
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and external partners
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful delivery outcomes
- Ensure realization of business value (cost savings, efficiency, EBITDA impact)

You bring
- 5+ years experience in IT project management
- Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets and delivering business value
- Experience in portfolio management is preferred
