La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team R&D; dedicato ai prodotti vernicianti (liquidi, polveri, e-coat) e sarà responsabile della gestione operativa delle apparecchiature e degli strumenti utilizzati nelle attività di testing.
Il ruolo prevede attività di manutenzione, calibrazione, monitoraggio delle prestazioni e supporto alle prove di laboratorio, contribuendo allo sviluppo, alla riformulazione e al miglioramento continuo dei prodotti.
La figura collaborerà inoltre ad esecuzione di test, analisi dei risultati, e risoluzione di problematiche tecniche, garantendo affidabilità, accuratezza ed efficienza delle attrezzature e dei processi di laboratorio.
