FEM STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS ENGINEER - AVIATION DOMAIN

Job Location: Turin Area, Italy

Responsibilities

- Conduct lifing analysis for aero-engine components to determine operational lifespan and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for lifing analysis.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to perform stress and fatigue analysis on components.




- Develop and maintain lifing models and databases to support ongoing analysis and decision-making processes.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to component lifing and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, aeronautical, mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in stress analysis, preferably 1 to 3 years, in aero-engines or turbomachinery applications.
- Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools like Ansys APDL and Ansys Workbench.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Hypermesh will be considered a preferred qualification.
