What if the best implant is the one that disappears?

In spine and neurosurgery, most implants stay in the body forever, foreign material, with the risk of infection and rejection for decades.

This company builds something different.

The body absorbs it, regenerates its own bone, and the implant is gone.

Nothing artificial left behind.

That's not the future.

That's what they already do, for 16,000 patients across 63 countries.

It's not just a better device.

It's a different philosophy of medicine, and surgeons who understand it don't go back.

What they need is a clinical reference point on the ground.

Someone who gets into ORs.

Trains surgeons and distributors across Europe.

And brings the voice of the operating room back to the people who build the product.

What's in it for you

- You don't just support the device, your clinical insight shapes how it's positioned and taught

- Every colleague is a biomedical specialist, you'll be surrounded by people who go deep, not wide
- A company small enough to give you influence, backed by a group solid enough to give you stability
- Based in Italy, hybrid, ~50% travel across Europe

What we need from you

- 3+ years as a product/clinical specialist in spine or neurosurgery, this is a must
- Real OR experience and comfort in front of surgeons
- A scientific or technical background
- Fluent English. Italian, based in Italy.

If you know spine or neurosurgery from the inside and you've been waiting for something more innovative, more international, and with more influence than what you do now.

This is the sign you were waiting for.
