Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. /p h3About the Job /h3 pLegion Architect / SME: Looking for a senior WFM architect (10+ yrs UKG WFM Min 1+ yr in Legion) to lead own end‑to‑end application support, drive operational excellence, and act as the functional and technical expert for the Legion platform. /p pThe role involves leading production support and operations primarily in the USA market, while also playing a consultative role for other markets and guiding business teams on best practices and configuration improvements. /p pKey processes: Legion forecasting, scheduling, timekeeping, labor compliance, and integrations. US labor compliance knowledge is required. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Leadership Governance /h3 ul liProven experience in leading AMS teams /li liLead L2/L3 AMS support team for Legion WFM.
/li liAct as the primary SME and escalation point for all critical issues. /li liDefine and enforce support processes, SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks. /li liDrive continuous service improvement and automation initiatives. /li liCoordinate with vendor (Legion) for product issues and escalations. /li liMust have large multi‑country WFM experience with good stakeholder communication skills. /li /ul h3Application Support /h3 ul liLead and provide L2/L3 support for Legion WFM application. /li liLead resolution of major incidents and production issues within SLA timelines. /li liConduct deep root cause analysis (RCA), implement permanent fixes, and implement preventive measures. /li liProvide executive‑level reporting on system performance, incidents, and improvements. /li /ul h3Workforce Management Operations /h3 ul liSupport scheduling, forecasting, labor optimization, and time‑tracking modules in Legion. /li liAssist business users with configuration, workforce rules, and schedule adjustments. /li liHandle employee data, shift patterns, and workforce analytics issues. /li liGuide testing, deployment, and stabilization activities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
