In this role, you will plan, perform, and execute ETI (Electrical Thermal Incident) assessments on new vehicles, new top hats, new engines, MCA, and serial life modifications, ensuring the process is applied according to standard procedures and milestone expectations. /ppETI assessment involves evaluating the risk of thermal incidents for all electrical and electronic components, the wiring harness, and their installation in the vehicle.



Availability for short business trips within Europe is required. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /ppDesign Phase: /pulliEnsure ETI validation on electrical and electronic components in cooperation with the dedicated team /liliSupport digital analysis on wiring harness routing to apply best practices and eliminate ETI risk, in cooperation with Packaging / CCP / wiring harness DRE /liliEscalate blocking points to align with expectations /liliPrepare and release ETI assessment reports for each process milestone /li /ulpIndustrialization Phase: /pulliExecute ETI physical checks in the production plant to confirm digital analysis (Gemba Walks) /liliContribute to safety assessment for any deviation observed /liliEscalate blocking points and prepare/release ETI assessment reports for each milestone /li /ulpSerial Life: /pulliSupport plant PQE and RQDV (Routing Quality Design Validation, former CCP) in the risk assessment of serial life issues /liliParticipate in recurrent Gemba Walks in the assigned plants /li /ulpOther activities:



/pulliContribute to the continuous improvement of the ETI assessment process and design standards through the lessons-learned process /liliSupport ETI field and laboratory analysis /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliUniversity degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automotive Engineering, or a technical high school diploma in Electrical / Electronics /liliKnowledge of AC/DC principles and automotive electrical architecture /liliWiring harness design knowledge /liliFamiliarity with BEV-HEV systems /liliBasic knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes /liliItalian language, B2 level /liliEnglish language, B2 level /lili3-5 years of experience in the Automotive industry /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongNice to have /strong /pulliFrench language, A2 level /liliStrong communication skills and critical/analytical thinking /liliExperience in cross-functional and international team environments /liliProject and priority management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset /liliProactive, target-driven, self-motivated, and open-minded attitude /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOffer: /strong /pulliSalary range: from €40.000 to €44.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ulpbr / /ppemAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
