p Responsibility: ulli Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user; /lili Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user; /lili Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer; /lili Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers; /lili Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills; /lili Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains; /lili Other tasks needed from Snibe /li /ulp Requirements: /pulli Above 5 years' experience worked in IVD area, have strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure; /lili Bachelor degree or above in related subject; /lili Candidates with service experience in total laboratory automation line (biochemistry immunology) are preferred; /lili Good communication skills and hard working. /li /ul /p
