p We are currently looking, on behalf of one of our leading IT clients, for an HR Consultant p Key Responsibilities: /pulli Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to managers to enhance leadership capability and decision-making, in complex scenarios including performance coaching, wellbeing and restructuring programmes. /lili Independently or in collaboration with HR and Legal partners, lead the resolution of policy or culture concerns, incident response, and threat management. /lili Identify and escalate trends in employee relations and provide expert consulting in HR program areas. /lili Partner with HR peers to manage and implement scalable capability-building initiatives. /li /ulp Qualifications: /pulli Required:
