This includes a no-code Agentic AI Builder that empowers business users to create autonomous agents without writing a single line of code, and an Agent Governance Platform designed to deploy, monitor, and secure agents at scale across the enterprise. /pp THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES /pp As a Field Delivery Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer, you will translate HCL Software's Agentic Platform into customized, production-ready solutions for enterprise clients — building integrations, resolving complex issues, and training client teams to maximise ROI on their software investments. /pulli Translate HCL Software products into production-ready, client-tailored solutions that fit existing enterprise infrastructure. /lili Build APIs, automation scripts, and custom data pipelines to integrate HCL solutions seamlessly into legacy and modern systems.



/lili Provide on-site or remote diagnostic support — resolve edge cases and debug production issues under tight, client-driven deadlines. /lili Lead technical discovery workshops, act as a subject matter expert, and train client teams to maximize adoption and ROI. /lili Proactively document solutions, configurations, and known issues to build shared knowledge across the delivery community. /li /ulp REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS /pp Must-Have /pulli7+ years of experience in software solutions, technical architecture, or IT consulting. /lili BE/BTech (or above) in Computer Science or a related field. /lili Proficiency in Python and/or Java for building integrations and automation scripts. /lili Strong command of REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth/JWT authentication, and frontend/backend fundamentals. /lili Experience with advanced database management — including Vector and NoSQL databases. /lili Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. /lili Cloud platform experience on at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP. /lili Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulp Nice-to-Have /pulli Hands-on experience with HCL Software products or comparable enterprise software platforms. /lili Background in AI/ML integration, LLM deployment, or Autonomous Agent implementations. /lili Experience with legacy system modernisation and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar). /lili Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). /lili Experience delivering technical training or enablement programmes. /li /ulp Candidate Data Privacy Notice /p /p
