Due to the fast international growth of the company, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to work on both local and international recruitment processes, thereby gaining complete exposure to the main stakeholders of the Group across the HQ, the three production sites and seven international subsidiaries. /pp The position will be based in the Group Headquarter in Parma (Montechiarugolo). /pp Main responsibilities: /pulli Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and international roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract and select the best talent. /lili Collaborate with stakeholders across the Group Headquarters, production sites and international subsidiaries to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring process. /lili Develop and implement talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to strengthen Mutti's employer value proposition across different markets. /lili Build and strengthen partnerships with universities,
business schools and academic institutions to support early careers recruitment. /lili Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring effectiveness. /li /ulp Requirements: /pulli4-5 years of recruitment experience /lili Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory /lili Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point). /lili Ability to influence and guide decision-making processes /lili Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders of different seniorities and cultures to achieve shared objectives /lili Proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit /li /ulp What you will be needing to succeed /pulli Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a genuine passion for identifying and engaging top talent. /lili Strong interviewing and assessment skills. /lili Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools. /lili Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data. /lili A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced, international environment. /lili A collaborative approach and the ability to influence stakeholders while delivering excellent candidate experience. /lili Ability to work with ambiguity and changing priorities. /li /ulp The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be based on a salary range between € , in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare) /pp We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, and other personal conditions. /p /p
