The successful candidate will be passionate about authentic Mediterranean and Tuscan cuisine and committed to supporting the kitchen’s high standards through careful preparation, teamwork, and attention to detail. brReporting directly to the Chef de Partie, this position is ideal for those looking to grow their culinary career in a refined yet welcoming setting that celebrates tradition and quality. brIn particular, the Commis de Partie will do: brMain duties and responsibilities brAssist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to meet the high standards of quality, taste, and appearance, following established recipes and plating guidelines. brSupport consistency and precision during service, helping to maintain the identity and integrity of Tenuta Toscana’s culinary philosophy. brCollaborate smoothly with service staff to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction. brTake responsibility for maintaining cleanliness, readiness, and organisation of the assigned workstation at all times. brWork under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, assisting with tasks and learning to complete them accurately and efficiently. brCommunicate effectively with other kitchen sections and restaurant staff to support smooth operations during service. brAssist with preparation tasks to ensure all ingredients and components are ready, organised, and properly set up ahead of each service. brDemonstrate calm and professionalism when in the kitchen, even under pressure.



brPrepare the line for each dish, ensuring all components are ready and organised for efficient service. brReceive deliveries and help check the quality and freshness of ingredients, reporting any concerns. brEnsure proper use and basic maintenance of kitchen equipment within the assigned area. brHelp minimise waste and contribute to portion control and cost management initiatives. brFollow and uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols according to HACCP and Tenuta Toscana’s internal standards. brApply proper food handling, storage, and labelling procedures. brMaintain a clean, organised, and compliant working environment at all times. brReport any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to supervisors. brDisplay a proactive, respectful attitude, contributing positively to the kitchen team environment. brUphold Tenuta Toscana’s values and standards in conduct and culinary practice. brEngage actively in training, tastings, and development opportunities to improve skills and progress within the culinary brigade. brbrRequirements brCulinary education or vocational training, ideally from a hospitality or culinary school. brIdeally 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with exposure to luxury or fine dining environments preferred. brGenuine interest in Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine,
