ALTEN supports its clients’ development strategies in the areas of innovation, RD, and information technology systems. brFounded more than 30 years ago and operating in 30 countries, the ALTEN Group has established itself as a global leader in engineering and IT services and a European leader in consulting for the life sciences industry. brAerospace, Defense Naval, Security, Automotive, Rail, Energy, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Finance, Retail, and Services. brIn Italy, we have offices in 12 cities across the country: Senior Bid Manager – Telco Transformation brWe are looking for a senior Bid Manager to help ALTEN Italy structure, coordinate and improve its response to strategic Telco opportunities, particularly in transformation, managed services and complex opportunities . brThis role is central to closing one of our current gaps: transforming client access and emerging strategic positioning into credible, competitive and better-coordinated proposals . brThis is not an administrative bid support role. brIt is a high-impact orchestration role requiring commercial intelligence, rigor, speed, strong writing capability, and the confidence to drive multiple stakeholders toward a winning proposal. brThe right candidate will support ALTEN in high-quality strategic processes and actively contributing to the Telco business growth through best practices and methodologies. brLead and coordinate end-to-end bid processes for strategic Telco opportunities brWork closely with Business Managers, Solution Architects, delivery stakeholders and leadership to structure competitive responses brSupport bid qualification and bid / no-bid process brEnsure consistency across technical, commercial, operational and financial proposal components brImprove the quality of executive writing,
value proposition articulation and overall proposal packaging brSupport to create repeatable bid assets, templates and working methods for complex Telco opportunities brSupport cost logic and collaboration with finance / controlling where needed brsupport a more robust bid / no-bid process brTechnical / Professional Requirements br7+ years of experience in pre-sales, bid management, proposal management, solution selling support, or complex deal pursuit environments with TELCO clients br~ Proven experience with medium-to-large bids in one or more of the following: br-technology services br-managed services br-Ability to connect technical, commercial and financial dimensions into one coherent response brExperience in solution-oriented proposal environments, not only administrative tender management brStrong English brExperience in Telco transformation / operator environments brExposure to managed services or SLA-based models brExperience in competitive / strategic bids rather than only framework tenders brThe total compensation for this position will be set in a range between 60.000 to 85.000 euros (Yearly gross salary + premio). brWith our client portfolio and various active RD projects, at ALTEN you’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.
