We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist on behalf of our partner, RISCO. RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud-based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide. The company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide after-sales technical support for Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions, working closely with partners, installers, distributors, and customers across the Italian market.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, installers, system integrators, and end usersAnalyze technical issues and deliver effective troubleshooting solutionsSupport the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of smart home, building automation, networking,



and security systemsMaintain technical documentation and product knowledge resourcesDeliver technical training sessions for installers and system integratorsManage support tickets and coordinate on-site activities when requiredHandle RMA processes and analyze returned productsReport recurring technical issues and customer feedback to internal technical teamsIdentify opportunities to promote additional products and servicesCollaborate closely with technical, support, and sales teamsPlease note: As part of the hiring process, all candidates are required to complete an AI interview.RequirementsPrevious experience in technical support, system installation, or deploymentExperience with smart home, building automation, security, networking, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, or video surveillance systemsExperience working in a B2B technical support environmentStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of installation processes and project implementationExperience with technical documentation and reportingExperience delivering technical training is an advantageConversational English#J-18808-Ljbffr
