Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to assess the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability, and purity of biological substances and products. /pp Role Overview /pp We are looking for a motivated Automation RPA Engineer to help transform and automate internal processes across our European IT organization. /pp This role focuses on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement. /pp No prior experience in pharma or laboratory systems is required — we are looking for a smart, curious profile with strong automation mindset and willingness to learn. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processes; /lili Develop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerShell); /lili Automate repetitive activities such as:



Reporting KPIs; Data handling reconciliation; IT support processes; /lili Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions; /lili Contribute to AI-driven initiatives (e.g. copilots, intelligent agents); /lili Continuously improve and scale automation solutions. /li /ulp Key Competencies Skills /pulli2–6 years of experience in automation / RPA / scripting / process improvement; /lili Hands-on experience with tools such as: Power Automate / RPA tools, Python, PowerShell or similar; /lili Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; /lili Interest in AI and emerging technologies; /lili Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new environments; /lili Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team. /li /ulp Nice to Have /pulli Experience with APIs or system integrations; /lili Exposure to Power Platform or low-code tools; /lili Basic data handling or database knowledge. /li /ulp Additional Information /pp Expected salary (RAL) range for the role: €25–34K /pp Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with the company's salary ranges for the role. /pp To apply, it is necessary send a detailed Curriculum Vitae written in english, specifying the authorization to process personal data.
