Our office is growing, and we're looking for a new team member to join us as Air Freight Operations Specialist.

A day in your role:

- Handle time-critical import/export air shipments end-to-end
- Use English daily to communicate with airlines, partners, and suppliers worldwide
- Turn last-minute setbacks into fast, effective solutions

? What we're looking for

- 1-3 years of experience in air freight/logistics
- Good command of English, with a practical, everyday working proficiency
- Ability to stay level-headed and solve problems concretely under tight deadlines
- Energy, proactivity, and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Interest in growing professionally within a truly international team

✈️ Non il solito ufficio spedizioni In CNW non gestiamo pratiche di routine: gestiamo emergenze. Ogni spedizione ha un orologio che corre,



un cliente che aspetta e un problema da risolvere prima che diventi una crisi. Un ambiente dinamico, dove non si è mai soli ad affrontare le sfide di giornata: qui il team è il primo alleato.

Il tuo giorno tipo:

- Gestirai spedizioni aeree time-critical import/export dall'inizio alla fine
- Utilizzerai l'inglese quotidianamente nei contatti con compagnie aeree, partner e fornitori in tutto il mondo
- Trasformerai gli imprevisti dell'ultimo minuto in soluzioni rapide ed efficaci

? Il profilo che cerchiamo

- 1-3 anni di esperienza nel settore delle spedizioni aeree
- Buona padronanza dell'inglese, orientata all'uso pratico e continuativo nel contesto lavorativo
- Capacità di mantenere lucidità e problem solving concreto sotto scadenze strette
- Energia, proattività e voglia di mettersi in gioco
- Interesse a crescere professionalmente in un contesto quotidianamente internazionale
