A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center - fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment. /ppFor the Central Digital Technology Finance team, based in Vimercate (MB), we are looking for a DT Finance Business Partner. /ppMain successes will include: /ppWhat you will do /pulliCollaborate with corporate finance departments to improve current processes while helping the company achieve its goals /liliFacilitate the transition from demand management to partnership proposition to improve finance processes. /liliThe business partner should be able to collect and analyze business requirements but would also provide additional value by suggesting any process improvements /liliSupport users in formalizing requirements, addressing solutions and designing processes by leveraging the Digitalization of Finance /liliLead projects, including managing multiple partners and stakeholders /liliSupport users in project activities and to test new features and improvements. /liliEngage with other areas of DT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.



/liliBe a point of contact for third-party finance applications /li /ulpWhat you need to succeed /pulliMust have Knowledge of most relevant international accounting principles /liliKnowledge of Finance and Controlling processes in SAP (one of the two is required) /liliS4Hana Experience is a plus. /liliApplication experience in govern projects considering basic fundamental of methodology /liliEducation: Degree in Economics, Engineer or equivalent in relevant disciplines /liliProfessional Experience: Professional experience (2/3 years) in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; sectors with high industrial complexity as with advanced and articulated information technology environment is preferred /liliLanguages: Fluent in Italian English /liliSoft Hard Skills: Ability to work with Business and IT counterpart, including C/levels /liliPropensity to innovation and transformation approaches /liliAbility to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests. /liliCreative and analytical thinker with good problem‑solving skills /liliProcess oriented mindset /liliSelf-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneously /liliComfortable working in small and large teams /liliFlexibility to adjust priorities when business needs change /liliOther: Availability for few business travel /li /ulpEmployment Type: Fixed term (maternity cover); Full-Time /ppNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati /ppMinimum Gross Annual Salary: € 38.000 /ph3Benefits:
