p Job Description p BESS Delivery Service Engineer – Utility Scale Projects /pp Position Overview /pp The BESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer (Utility Scale) is responsible for the execution and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage projects after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams. The role manages the technical delivery, commissioning, and operational support of utility-scale BESS projects. /pp Key Responsibilities /pp1. Project Handover from Sales / Presales /pulli Take ownership of projects after commercial contract closure. /lili Review project scope including: /lili System design /lili Grid requirements /lili Performance guarantees /lili Project schedules /lili Align with customers and internal teams on project execution strategy. /li /ulp2. Project Execution Delivery /pulli Manage the full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects. /lili Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers. /lili Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. /lili Ensure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards. /lili Manage project risks and coordinate issue resolution. /li /ulp3. Commissioning Grid Integration /pulli Oversee commissioning of utility-scale BESS including:

/lili System energization /lili Grid compliance testing /lili Performance testing /lili Work with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration. /lili Ensure successful handover to operations. /li /ulp4. Operations Support Service Management /pulli Coordinate post-commissioning support and service activities. /lili Manage long-term service plans and preventive maintenance. /lili Monitor system performance and coordinate troubleshooting if needed. /lili Interface with OEM technical teams for system diagnostics. /li /ulp5. Stakeholder Coordination /pulli Act as the primary technical contact between: /lili Customers /lili EPC contractors /lili OEM suppliers /lili Internal teams /lili Ensure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders. /li /ulp Qualifications /pulli Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field. /lili5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects. /lili Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred. /lili Strong understanding of: /lili Grid integration /lili Power systems /lili Energy management systems /lili High-voltage systems /li /ulp Skills /pulli Strong project management and coordination skills /lili Knowledge of grid compliance and power system integration /lili Ability to manage multiple technical stakeholders /lili Strong problem-solving ability /lili Willingness to travel to project sites /li /ul /p
