p We are currently looking for a DSS L1 (Desktop Support Services – Level 1) professional to join our team on an on-site support role. p Work Mode: On-Site /pp Employment Type: B2B/ Freelance Contract /pp Location: Reggio Calabria, Italy /pp Job Responsibilities: /pulli Provide Level 1 desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues /lili Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and standard business applications /lili Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices /lili Support printers, scanners, and other end-user equipment /lili Handle password resets and basic Active Directory tasks /lili Configure email accounts and assist with VPN connectivity /lili Log, track,



and update incidents in the ticketing system /lili Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams /lili Ensure timely resolution in line with SLA requirements /li /ulp Required Skills Experience: /pulli1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support /lili Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environment /lili Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP) /lili Experience with Active Directory and user account management /lili Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills /lili Strong communication and customer service skills /lili Ability to work independently in an on-site environment /li /ul /p
