p We are looking for a Building Utilities Specialist to join our Plant Engineering team. p The candidate will support greenfield and brownfield projects, plant expansions, new product industrialization and transformation programs. /pp Consulti la panoramica del ruolo qui sotto. Se è sicuro/a di possedere le giuste competenze ed esperienze, si candidi oggi stesso. brpb ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulli Develop feasibility studies and preliminary engineering proposals for new industrial buildings, plant expansions, and refurbishment projects (with their utilities) /lili Define construction concepts, layouts, technical specifications, and cost estimates. /lili Coordinate architectural, structural, civil and utilities engineering activities with internal stakeholders and external engineering firms. /lili Prepare technical tender documentation and support Purchasing during supplier selection and contract awarding. /lili Supervise construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements. /lili Manage contractors and construction companies throughout project execution. /lili Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, permits, and certifications. /li /ul pb REQUIREMENTS /b /pulli Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering,



or a related technical discipline. /lili10 years of experience in industrial construction, manufacturing facilities, utilities, EPC/construction management, or automotive/industrial environments. /lili Strong technical knowledge of industrial buildings, civil works, utility systems, fire protection, HVAC, energy efficiency, and site supervision. /lili Experience in CAPEX management, contractor coordination, tendering, technical specifications, and project execution. /lili Knowledge of Italian building regulations is mandatory; European standards are a plus. /lili Fluent English and good digital skills, including AutoCAD and/or BIM tools. /lili Project management attitude, analytical thinking, and strong result orientation. /lili Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an international environment. xrdbqlu /lili Teamwork, communication, proactivity, hands-on approach, and problem-solving mindset. /lili Willingness to travel internationally, mainly within Europe (average 30%) /li /ul pb SALARY INFORMATION /b /pulli Applied Contract: CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro Iveco Group /lili Grade: 2 Gruppo Qualificato /lili Variable payment as per CCSL /li /ul /p /p
